A quote is based on the vehicle and work described at the time. If the vehicle differs from what we were told — different body style, existing film to remove, aftermarket glass — we will tell you before starting and re-quote if needed. Quotes hold for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

A deposit may be required to book an appointment. Deposits are credited against the final invoice. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your card details.

Please let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel an appointment. A deposit on a cancelled booking is normally carried over to the rescheduled date.

We photograph the vehicle before work begins and ask you to confirm its condition. Window film work involves heat, water and blades around glass, trim and seals that may already be aged. Where a particular risk applies to your vehicle — an older rearview mirror mount, a rear defroster under existing film, an existing chip or crack — we will point it out and ask you to acknowledge it before starting.

Rogue window film carries a lifetime manufacturer warranty against bubbling, peeling and colour change for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty covers the film and our workmanship. It does not cover damage from accidents, abuse, or scratches from objects inside the vehicle.

Keep the windows rolled up for three days after installation while the film cures. Some haze or small water pockets are normal during curing and clear on their own.
