Only what we need to quote and carry out work: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and anything you choose to tell us about the job. If we photograph your vehicle at check-in, those photographs are kept with your job record.

We do not collect payment card details. Card payments are handled by Square on their own systems; we never see or store your card number.

To prepare quotes, book and confirm appointments, carry out the work, invoice you, and answer questions afterwards. We may contact you by phone, text or email about a quote or an appointment you asked for.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to it, we may text you about your quote and your appointment — a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, and a reminder about an hour out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your booking — we will call or email instead.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: a hosting provider, a database provider, an email provider, a text messaging provider, and Square for card payments. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Job records, including quotes, invoices and check-in photographs, are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty and tax purposes. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
